    I can't work out what I'm doing wrong. I've tried it on a new account and an existing one, but it keeps coming up with this promotional vouchers can not be used.

    :confused::confused::confused:

    I used mine for my first night in Venice last week and the net cost was only £11. The hoteliers are unaware of how much you have paid as you print out an accomodation voucher after booking to take with you to give to reception.This just lists the details of the room/date(s) you have booked so you don't get an inferior room or get " comments " on how little you have paid.

    Thats good then. At least they can't put you in the box room!

    If you tried to register with your old details last night it says you are already registered but then your account is $79 but it seems that they have got onto it now and it now stays at $ 49

    How did everyone get on with using the $ 49 dollars before when staying at hotels? Did you have any problems? Your experiences would be appreciated.

    I already had a £31 Credit from when I registered and I used it last night for a hotel in Manchester (Xmas Shopping Trip) and got a hotel for £13 - With my Pigsback Points too I got another £10 in points just for making a booking - So grand total £3 a night. Bargain!! I just wish I could use this one too :(

    Yay! TCB have now sent me an email to say they will pay me the missing £11 (it was not a last minute sale and I should have received the full £15 but only received £4).

    So, all in all we paid £10 for two people for Christmas eve including a very hearty breakfast with sparkles! I hope hotelclub run this again.. well worth it!
