Best way to transfer large amounts of money from Australia to UK?

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is the right board to post this question in, but I'm wondering if someone could please help me:

I want to transfer a large amount from Australia (somewhere between $50,000 and $500,000 Australian Dollars) into my Pounds Sterling UK Current Account. I'm wondering if someone could please tell me the best way to do this which is completely safe and offers the best exchange rate?

I've used Oz Forex for large transfers out of Australia previously. The rates and fees are better than the retail Australian banks, and they will help you in securing a good rate.
