Hi there,
I want to forward letters on to the people who lived here previously. I know them and have their address. Do I have to put a new stamp on it, or do I just score out the previous address on the envelope and write 'redirect to' and give new address. I don't want them to be charged for it at their end,
Thanks,
Emma

No, you don't need to put a stamp on, just put the new address and ask them to forward it. They won't be charged.0
