Pc World Says Error On Website Free Gift With Purchase

I ordered a tomtom one on 7th dec from pc world online. On the 8th dec it was showing on the pc world site that for one day only they were giving a free 128mb card with it.

I rang them saying I'd only purchased the day before and I wanted to cancel to see if they would honour it. The guy said he would and put it through to head office. Now I've rang and they are saying it was an error on the website. Even if they werent going to honour me the free gift can they put something on the site like that then say it was a mistake?

They also have not sent me a reciept and say if theres anything wrong I'll have to post it back as without the recipt I can't take it into a store
