Anyone used a site called Paysan before?

Hi all!
I've been looking around for sometime for a 40 inch TV and stumbled upon a website called Paysan. Has anyone used this site before? I'm not sure if it is trustworthy - but they are selling a TV I'm after around £100 cheaper than anywhere else which seems great but I'm a bit worried if its safe or not.
