• The draw is open to GB, [Channel Islands and Isle of Man] residents, other than employees of BT, their families or its agencies. Only one entry per person.
• The prizes are: 1 first prize of a Blu-ray Home Entertainment System with Tinkerbell Blue-ray, 10 second prizes of Tinkerbell Dream Kits (DVD, bedding, dressing gowns, etc) and 25 third prizes of Tinkerbell DVDs.
• The prize is subject to availability.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
• Entries must be made by completing and submitting the entry form above, on or before 3rd January 2009. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the prize draw.
• The winner(s) will be the first 36 correct entries drawn at random by an independent person on 10th January 2009. The Winner(s) will be notified by email on or before 6th February 2009. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prizes if any of the prize-winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion).
• The prizes will be sent to winners 30 days from the closing date.
• A list of prize winners (name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to Ashley Berriman, pp B6.46D, BT Centre, 81 Newgate Street, London, EC1A 7AJ on or before 6th February 2009.
