Cashback Junction Question

Hi..I am new to the site and hope someone can help me - I have an outstanding amount with Cashback Junction (more than the £20 minimum withdrawl). I requested payment in July once I had received the confirmation email from them but it hasn't made it to my bank account yet. I have emailed them several times but they have not yet responded..has anyone else had a similar problem? Does it generally take this long? Can anyone suggest how else I might contact them? Thanks!
