Unsolicited goods

I ordered a TV in April from a well known retailer and it was delivered to me in July. I had problems with them delivering the wall bracket for it and had to buy one in the shop in the end and hang it ourselves.
I had a phonecall the other day saying my order is ready to be delivered and I wasnt sure what it was but assumed it was a wall bracket and that due to the mistakes I was entitled to the first one that was ordered. I phoned back and they asked to arrange a delivery date and i just said ok.
It was arranged for today but I forgot all about it and was at work. My partner answered the door and signed for delivery of a new TV!!! He then phoned me to ask if i'd ordered it, which I hadnt.
Is this classed as 'unsolicited goods' even though it has been signed for and if so what are my legal rights and obligations?
