Can i come and watch while you're practising ?A good cowboy always drinks upstream from the herd.
A good cowgirl always keeps her calves together.0 -
definitely recommend it, it is alot harder than some people think!! But can be quite expensive though! it's funny turning up in your gym clothes with heels on, haha!0

I can't wear heels, thankfully!
They never look right to me, prefere it barefoot0 -
haha that's fair enough then, think i might rejoin it and start to get fit again!0

It's definitely harder than you think - TBH I didn't find it very toning on the stomach but It was hard on the arms - especially upper arms. I wore vest top and short - you get more grip from bare legs, and I started off bare foot but you need to heels to give the sexyness!!!
I agree with niccy - it can be expensive! I gave up cos I was rubbish at the spins!0 -
hi i had m 1st dancing lesson on sat nite after warming up for bit i was able to do all kind of spins and things is difficult but you can learn quick. cost me 20 quid for hour private lesson and cosidering your meant to burn 700 calories in an hour think is brilliant defo go for it :j0
