selftrade.co.uk vs keytrade.lu vs internaxx.lu vs ??? - For buying shares abroad?

Hello guys,

I am looking to open a share account that allows me to buy shares in France, US, etc. Most of my ISAs are with H-L but H-L does not seem to allow easily the purchase of shares on foreign markets.

I am not looking for the cheapest around nor the most expensive one! I simply want to find a reliable one that will not go bust and that ideally has no annual charge. I also want one that are able to place the deal rapidly (short settlement date)

I found selftrade that seems quite good but I was wondering if some of you could have advise to give me? Would going with one in LU have any advantage or drawback?
