Apologies if this is in the wrong place but my daughter has been phoned up and sent some books from Grolier. Am I right in thinking that under 18's can't be offered credit? If this is the case, what is the best way of going about stopping them sending any more?

    Call them up and explain the situation. Rest assured though, unless she lies about her age she won't get offered a catalogue account.
