Parcelforce Worldwide - worse than useless

Hi,
I need a major rant! Sent a very urgent parcel to Spain by Parcelforce Worldwide - datapost on Monday. It should have arrived latest on Wednesday. Today is Saturday and it's still not there. Their online tracking system says it arrived at the Spanish general delivery depot on 7/12 but nothing beyond that. I've filled out numerous online requests for Parcelforce to contact me about this - all they do is sent you a standard email back saying they'll be in touch in "24-36 hours".
The package was urgent and it will cost me a lot of money and take time that I don't have - to replace the contents and re-send them.
I finally got through to someone at Parcelforce yesterday who seemed understanding and said he would get someone from the Int'l Office to ring me but needless to say they haven't bothered!
I'm at the end of my tether. The chap I spoke to said I could have a refund of the costs of sending the parcel but that's the least of my worries right now.
Anyone got any tips on how to find out what's happened to my parcel and how to pressurise Parcelforce? Also, any more useful contact points such as the MD's office?
Thanks and regards,
