Hi Everyone
Hope I am posting this in the right place - I am sure it will be moved if not
Horton Hears a Who is the big half term release on DVD and I am wondering where the cheapest place to buy it is.
Initial research shows:
Amazon - £12.98 delivered
Play.com - £12.99 delivered with FREE card game
The Hut.com - £12.73 delivered
LoveFilm.com - £12.73 delivered
Sainsburys (in store) - ????????? and you can buy any of the following for £2.97
*Ice Age 2
*Chicken Run
*Robots
*Garfield the Movie
Woolworths - £9.90 in store
I seem to remember Tesco doing something when other big kids' movies were released where if you spent £50 you could buy the DVD for around £8 but haven't seen any advertising yet...
So at the moment dear old Woolies is winning but I am sure all the MSEs will find better than this but thought I would get the ball rolling.
Happy Half Term to all the parents.
Vicki

Woolworths have it for £10.97 delivered.
I always use this site when looking for cheap dvds etc. They also have sister sites for games and books.
Edit: when you click on the woolworths site it is £9.90 not £10.97The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
