I have used them before for items large and small, including a TV. Their customer service is good and we had no problems returning a TV that did turn out to be faulty even when we didn't have any packaging!

They have several shops scattered around the country (including Colchester) and do ex-catalogue stuff.

We ordered a tv package from them a while back and it was excellent.Their customer services are great,they kept us informed by email and telephone from ordering until the delivery of the item and we also got a call from them a few weeks after to check things were ok.
Never used a discount code on anything yet as when i ordered there wasnt any available.

Where is the voucher code from?

I have ordered in the past and they did not honour it. I picked up the code from a forum and the person had put the wrong expiry date on it. So beware

What size is the screen 24" or 66cm?? as 66cm is about 27"!!!
