Is this the right group for a moan?

Anyway, I ordered a dishwasher from http://www.coopelectricalshop.co.uk/ last week, and have needed to call them twice to chase up a delivery date/time. The first time involved a wait of over 50 minutes, and the latest almost 40.

Thought it might be worth highlighting this. If I had a choice betweeb coop and another site that was a couple of quid more, I'd probably go with b

No doubt you are probably registered with 1899/18866, etc and have been phoning them with their alt no from http://www.saynoto0870.com/ especially if you have been calling them for this length of time.

I would suggest you write a letter of complaint and explain all of your grievances to them. This is usually most affective. Their address is:

Alternatively ask them to put you through to customer retention. Customer retention can override customer care. If you have no luck with customer retention, try the above as I have suggested. Don’t e-mail, it’s not always the best route to take when you have a complaint.
