Could anyone tell me what size of mortgage I could take out if I could pay a maximum figure of £1000.00 per month over a period of 15 years.
Is it possible to get a capped rate over a long period.
Thanks in antic.

According to http://www.whatsthecost.com/mortgage.aspx, at 6% APR*...The bottom line, is that this repayment mortgage for £120,000.00, over 15 years, will cost you £1,012.63 a month.
In taking out this loan, you'll pay a total of £62,273.07 in interest. The true cost of this loan is £182,273.07
* Obtain the APR from your chosen lender for a 'personalised' calculation.0 -
