Does not make any sense. can you repeat please?Keep trying.........................what else is there to do?0

i wanted to know if OR had access to bank account used everyday and whether they monitored ur outgoings0
-
you mean before going bankrupt?
yes, the OR has access to all your bank accounts - usually by statements
after BR he can request to see what youve got, and post-BR accounts are hard to come by generallyNow we all know how it felt to play in the band on the Titanic...0 -

Hi C,
If you are BR the OR could get details on your acc however this is highly unlikely,if however you are not yet BR you will either have to provide details of your spending or the OR will obtain copy statemements from your creditors.
Hope this helps
PS what advice have you sought from the debt charities???The triumph of hope over experience

You don't give them details of any bank accounts opened once you're BR, so no, at least not without having to ask you for your account details, which I've never heard of them doing.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

forgive the lack of detail, i am post br and have had the examiner interview, i just wondered if they checked up on you since they do have details of ur bank account (i opened my account im using just before going br so they have those details)...it seems like they could from ur answers but unlikely which is all i wanted to know0
