I have 2 estate agents calling over tomorrow, they are going to give me an estimate on what i could get for the house plus what i might be able to get if i rented it.
now what i need advice on is the rental side of things... what questions do i need to ask to make sure i am getting the best deal, if i do rent i shall be renting through 1 of the 3 agents and so need to be sure that my 10% is spent wisely..... any tips or advice regarding this???
