3 - deal or no deal?

My contract with 3 finished in August, and I'm in the market for an upgrade. I've spent hours on the phone to India trying to get a good deal, but it's not happening.

The deal I'm on is: £180 worth of credit (for domestic calls/txts) for £26/mo

They offered to continue this contract for another 18 months, and a Nokia N95 (8gb) for £25.

I'm not sure if this is a good deal. I like the flexibility of having so many mins/txts a month, and rarely go over. The price above includes my 25% loyalty discount, but I don't want to have to pay for a phone, and am not keen on another 18 month contract.

What do you think? Is it a decent deal? Should I just pay my £25 for a new phone and get on with it?

I did think that the N95 8gig would come down in price this month as the N96 is now out, but it hasn't - you think I should hold off a little longer?
