Best Property Management Software? (Pref link to MS Money)

Hi, I'm a Landlord with a growing portfolio of four properties in the UK and

I use Microsoft Money 2005 for all my finances and online bank statements
etc., however it doesn't have any real property management features - just
mortgages and assets.

Can anyone recommend a good looking, slick piece of software (no clunky,
home-made looking, nasty icon stuff), preferably one that links into
Microsoft Money 2005 to recognise rent bill payments coming in from my bank,
that can also offer the usual features. Basically I want to:

Track each property
Compare how they perform
Look at yield (rent vs. mortgage)
Store details of Insurance policies, tenant contact nos., etc.
Project future earnings
Update current house value, etc.

Thanks & good fortunes!
