Design Your Dream Shoes Competition: Terms & Conditions


1. This prize promotion is open to all UK, France and Belgium residents, with the exception of employees of New Look Retailers Ltd or those professionally connected to it.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. You may enter on-line at http://www.newlookmostwanted.com, by designing a shoe
from the images provided and submitting your personal details where prompted. There is a limit of one entry per person.
4. The last date for entry is midnight on 4th November 2008. The Promoter shall select the main prize winner from the entrants, and the winner will be notified in the week commencing 9th November 2008.
5. In the event that any entry is invalid or adjudged void then the Promoter may award the prize to the next valid entry drawn (the Promoter shall not be obliged to do so). If the prize is unclaimed or declined, supplementary winners may be drawn at the Promoter's discretion and notified in writing and/or by telephone.

6. There is 1 main prize available. This prize consists of a £100 New Look Gift Card and having your winning pair of shoes made for you.
7. There are 5 runners-up prizes; each consisting of £50 worth of New Look Gift Vouchers.
8. The Promoter has taken all reasonable care to award the prize package. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter assumes no liability for any claim, loss or damage arising (whether directly or indirectly). Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
10. By entering this prize promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and accept the Promoter’s Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information (http://www.newlookmostwanted.com/mw_privacy_policy.html) The Promoter values your privacy and has taken all reasonable precautions but the Promoter cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by third parties.

14. The names and counties of the winners will be made available from New Look's Marketing Department for one month from 4th November 2008.
