Anyone know of any shops in Scotland that still have the Sony PSP in stock, I am in Falkirk but would travel if I have to, thanks for any help that comes.

I don't know of any shops that have them in stock, but if you don't mind buying online, I have just had an e-mail from www.psp-deals.co.uk to say Gameplay have the Giga Pack with Wipeout Pure and a Football Game in stock.

I think Game also had a couple of bundles in stock too.

I ordered mine from gameplay and it was delivered the next morning.

Thanks Anic, I have just phoned Boots customer services and they are getting a large stock of the basic package in before the end of November, also Comet have just got some on the website but its quite an expensive package. :T

I am not doubting what you have been told by Boots but I think I would take what they have said with a pinch of salt.

If you have a look at www.psp-deals.co.uk there update says you will probably not be able to get anything other than the £270 package this side of the year.

I know I had the gigapack on pre-order from Gameplay (£214) and they told me that Sony have decided not to release any more stand alone consoles for sale until next year so I had no option but to take the more expensive bundle.

I was also told the same thing at HMV (prior to checking my order with Gameplay) and I thought the guy was having me on and just trying to increase his store's profits

Gamestation in Stirling still had five or six of the giga packs last Sunday. I preordered one and got it a week later. Gamestation will let you trade in the crappy games there and then taking the price to 229pounds. You get everything that comes with the value pack plus the 1gb memory stick. its not too bad a deal. I also got 2 games from tesco.com (gripshift and toca 2 for about 24 pounds used a tesco code which you can find from the discount forum)
