Will ex know my circumstances?

I have recently split with my partner. I am concerned now that my first ex will get to know that I am now alone (he was violent and while there was another man in the house I felt safe). Will the fact that I am now a single parent be shown in any details sent to him or will the CSA disclose this? Thanks for any advice folks.

No, the fact that you're now single won't make any difference to your old CSA claim there'll be no change to it. None of the notifications that get sent out mention the PWC's status.
Are you already being paid by first ex?:beer:0 -
He has in the past but recently left his employment (again!):mad:0

I wouldn't worry about it - the notifications that go out to both you and ex are almost identical. As they don't take into account any of your circumstances, theres no mention of them.0

Hi
even people in the csa dont need to know if you are single or not.Comp Wins 2011 : Cant wait to start listing everything:j:j:j0 -
Cant speak for all S/E but my ex is and has played the system - like he said he would, tells the CSA, Accounts for IR that he earns hardly anything, while he earns £38,500 + pa has thousands in savings, 5 bank accounts, still trying to get this appealled as the CCU found the info. Thats why 11 yrs later Im still trying to get the money owed to me i.e. the correct amount he should have paid for he past 6 yrs (can only do 6 yrs).0
