British Gas Electricity customer - ANy energy saving freebies?

I have recently switched to british gas on the electrcity side of things, do i get the option of any freebies or offers? such as standby main adapters?

If you elect for paperless billing you get sent four energy saving bulbs.

If you opted for paperless billing I hope you are on Click 5 tariff (paperless billing and managing your account online is a prerequisite of this tariff) because if you are on standard tariff, at the moment, you would be paying approx 50% more (OK, Click 5 is pre-increase and, of course due to the postcode lottery it depends where you live). Netto were selling Philips energy saving bulbs for 39p each recently and I know Morrison were also selling them very cheap (not sure if they still are). Which is not to say BGs offer isn't very generous, lol...

Its not much good asking for mats, flaps and a full tank of gas after you have done the deal!

If you elect for paperless billing they won't send you a bill, ever.
Then they send you compensation for their incompetence.
Or maybe that was just my experience...

I'm with BG, but for Gas, not Electricity. They've just sent me 3 or mayne 4 free low energy bulbs.
