no ccj..voluntary charging order..are they enforcable?

just wondered if anyone had any information for me....

a few years ago (whilst suffering from depression and not thinking straight) i agreed to a voluntary charging order on my property...:o

i had never been issued with a ccj and i didn't have to make any court appearance....so i just want to know...is this charging order legally enforcable or not??

i also have two charging orders for which i did go through court etc and am not concerned about those, but have just looked at my paperwork for the voluntary one and it states that the have the right to charge interest at 3% above the base rate and i thought that for a consumer credit debt they couldn't charge interest....so now i am confused:confused: ....

sorry to ramble, and if i have lost anyone i apologise for that too!!!
