T&Cs

1. Entrants must be 18 years old or over

2. The prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents excluding employees of Tourism South East, VisitBritain, Oxford Council, or agencies associated with either Visit Britain or Tourism South East.

3. Only fully completed registrations will be eligible.

4. Only one entry per household.

5. The closing date for receipt of entries is Tuesday 30th September 2008.

6. The winner will be selected in a random draw by Thursday 2nd October 2008.

7. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The winner will be notified by Thursday 2nd October 2008. If the winner has not claimed the prize within seven days, Tourism South East reserve the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.

9. The winner’s details can be obtained by sending an SAE to the marketing department at Tourism South East.

10. Entries are to be submitted by completing the registration form

11. The prize comprises: A family ticket (2 Adults, 2 children) for a Past and Present walking tour of Oxford.

12. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of insurance. (b) Any accommodation (c) Travel to and from the destination (d) Any personal expenses and spending money.

13. The prize is subject to availability and to the following conditions: (a) The prize must be taken before 31st December 2008. (b) Past and Present walking tours are available everyday at 11.00am and 2.00pm. (c) The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes. (d) There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable.

14. By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.

15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Tourism South East reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

16. No responsibility will be accepted by Tourism South East for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
