1. The Flying Flowers prize draw is open to all UK, Isle of Man and Channel Island residents aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies (collectively 'the Companies') may not enter the prize draw.
2. All Sky customers that sign up to receive the Sky Perks newsletter will automatically be entered into the Flying Flowers prize draw. You will need to enter your name, phone number and email address.
3. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4. Only one entry is allowed per person.
5. Closing date for the Flying Flowers prize draw is 30 September 2008.
6. One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all complete and eligible entries received.
7. The winner will be notified by phone or email by 15 October 2008.
8. Prize details include one £150 voucher to spend online at Flying Flowers.
9. Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase, Sky reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change.
10. There is no cash alternative to the prize, and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
12. If any winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
13. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
