Friday fun - Property Bee challenge of the day

Folks

I'm looking for the most ridiculous Property Bee listings you've seen.

Can anyone trump Persimmon's desperation here for their local development?

Namely (on a number of different listings on RM for the same development) entries like this

  • Great find! The list of "incentives" is impressive....

Next step, bogoffs! Mentioned earlier that I know of someone who has just offered £190,000 against a new build where they were asking a quarter of a million. They pretty much ripped their hand off!

They're still coming out with this property ladder rubbish:

I'm sure some people will buy these and be very happy in them, and when they get their houses valued in 20 years time will be happy enough :)
  • I've just downloaded property bee and am not really sure how it works...does it just start tracking price drops from when you download it or is there another way of seeing them?

    Thanks in advance :)

if someone has already tracked it you'll be able to see it. If you're the first you'll only be able to see the prices from today onwards.

Link (with thanks to neversay on the ever wonderful www.fool.co.uk website).
THIS four-bedroom house comes with the usual fixtures and fittings – with a champagne silver Mercedes Coupe thrown in to boot.

Alistair Shaw and his wife, Eva, are including their beloved Elegance model in with the £325,000 price tag for their detached house as they brave the housing market in their bid to downsize.
