Notification of winner - Classic FM's Dinner with friends

i had an email with the above in the subject line
there was no note with it just the picture of the dinner with friends invitation with the prices on
is it a win ?
what do you lovely people think
i have had a look on the website but cant find owt

I had that today - it said I wasn't a winner but gave me the prices of tickets!!!! Which were SHOCKING!
