Says it takes an AAA battery, anyone know if you used a rechargeable if this would charge via the usb port?

It's 1 AAA battery I think and I'm fairly sure that it's standard 3.5(?) jack - as in ipod style.

Looking at other sites it says standard stereo jack (which when I was younger was 2 1/4 inches long but like everything else, except me, has probably shrunk to the new mini stereo jack size).
