Doctor Who - Cyberman

Recently i bought a few doctor Who items - with the purchase came a free 'cyberman leader' ref 369/6576. Unfortuately this was out of stock, but on the receipt it says you can claim it within 2 months. As this item is not in the new catalogue, are they likely to get any more stock ?, is it worth an email to head office? I keep on looking at all nearby stores and they are all out of stock.
Any suggestions?

I had the same problem - Went back to store a few times - they tried to tell me I had to buy 3 items to get free Cyberman ( they phoned headoffice to check this - they said!!). I was entitled to 2 free cyberman - but as a gesture of goodwill they gave me a £17.99 gift voucher. and the number if HO. I didnt pursue though - Quite happy with voucher - used them and got 2 Dr Who masks ( reduced to £5 each ) and school bag.
