Deed release fee

Hello

I have a mortgage with Nationwide and the sale on my property is currently going through. I will be paying this mortgage off in full. Does anyone know how much Nationwide charge to release the deeds?

    Unless it's changed very recently [some charges have] it's a very reasonable £95. Very reasonable compared to most lenders who've "ad a laff" at our expenses by increasing them virtually overnight from that sort of level to an average now of £2-300.
