    Ahhh, bless you babe!!

What about going onto www.holidaylettings.co.uk for a self-catering let that might be free somewhere this weekend in the UK, ireland or northern france if you could cope with the ferry ride?

Dublin's a fab weekend city, but VERY expensive! You wouldnt' manage on £200 unfortunately.

I should be recommending Scotland (as that's where I live) but it's peed it down every day for the last 6 weeks, so we're doing what you're doing and are off in search of some some sunshine!!!

What about some of the south west coast counties (Cornwall, Devon, Dorset?)
  • Thankyou so much ceebeeby...

I wouldnt mind the ferry ride to france actually its just am not sure of places to stay etc...How much would I be lookin at for Dublin...as I might stretch my budget a bit (:eek::eek:) hehehe I really need a break...

Ooooh, Dublin was way pricey but good. We didn't come back with much change from about £500    , although there will be others on here that will know fabby cheaper ways to do it!

Best value in Dublin was the city tour bus, and a fab pub with Irish dancers and singers etc. (it was painted yellow, right in the city, on the banks of the river??)

Try posting for cheap accommodation in Dublin? If you can get that for £50 a night for the two of you - you might get it in for about £300 for the two of you??
  • ta hun ill be lookin into dublinn it sounds great x x x x

Any other ideas would be most welcome 2:beer::beer::beer::beer:

This little gem is within your budget and reportedly one of the most romantic hotels in the U.K. but they're only available for 16th & 17th.

    http://www.westusklighthouse.co.uk/

I've spoken to Frank, the co-owner, a few times when booking clients there and he's a great bloke. They would definately look after you well.

This hotel in Criccieth is available for all three nights and well within your budget...

...as is this hotel in the same town...

Most airlines won't allow you to fly after 29 weeks ;)
If you fancy a spa hotel for a bit of pampering, please let me know. There are some great deals at the moment but they're not for seaside spa hotels.

This is probably the best deal I can find for this weekend...

The Passage House Hotel at Newton Abbot is showing available within your budget on Laterooms and you're within easy reach of Torquay from there.
