How many extras pay off debts?

Just been reading few peoples diarys latly and it seem people doing lots of extras to enable them to pay their debts as just job income not enough.

So i was wondering

*quidco/pigsback
*slice the pie
*surveys
*mystery shops
*ebay
*carboots
*comping
*matched betting
*free bingo

Do all these things really bring in substantial amounts?
As I would love to pay off debts quicky mainly through extras.

I have made £70@carboots last month
£340 ebay
£2.70 surveys

I will eventually run out of stuff to sell! carboot season will be over
have tried entering 50comps but no wins, not that lucky was trying to set ambitous aim of 400 a month.
Surveys keep starting them then getting half way through b4 they tell me im not suitable.

Anyone paid off large amounts of debt with extras?Could do with inspirational stories to motivate me to continue.

quidco if you are happy to have dvd trials apply for credit cards etc can make a fair amount but you have to remember it is money for mothing the daily clicks are very slow earners slice the pie slow but if you have the time on your hands it is all free money and all the peenies add up
you could also try match betting and comping?
pm me if you want to be referred to any sites if i was you i would join onepoll, quidco, moneyback madness, etc

    good luck jen

    Hiya hon,

We would not be progressing anything like as fast as we are without all the little extras

I stick to mainly eBay, Amazon, and mystery shopping with the occasional carboot thrown in.

I quidco when it's appropriate and have an evening job as well as doing some babysitting.

I have done some surveys and comping but only when I've got nothing else more money earning / saving to do.

We live on hubbys wage as far as possible and so my wages plus extras pay the debts off.

We paid about £2400 off last month and more than half of that was from my evening job plus extras.

I'm still scared of matched betting though! :o

I agree with jacks - it does all add up but you have to work at it and perservere.

Have a look at the "up your income" board on MSE - loads of ideas about things that bring in anything from a few pence upwards. It is just a case of doing what suits you and that will depend on lots of things.

I have to almost double our salaries by way of "extras" - it can be hard work when you are trying to do it month in month out, but when you see the debts reducing it is worth it and you get clicking again!
