“Win an iPhone 3G” Competition Rules

1. By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
2. The “Win an iPhone 3G” competition is only open to residents of the UK.
3. Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) of an employee of TUFS Ltd or any other person who is directly connected with the organisation of this competition is ineligible to participate.
4. No responsibility will be taken by TUFS Ltd for any entries that are illegible, misdirected, lost or received after the closing date.
5. All entries to be made via Tufs.co.uk
6. A postal entry route is available by sending a postcard or sealed envelope with your name, address and postcode to: TUFS Ltd, 13-15, Fazeley Studios, 191 Fazeley Street, Birmingham B5 5SE.
7. The entry picked at random will win. The closing date for entries is 15th October 2008. The winning entry will be chosen on or around 30th October 2008 and the winner notified via email within 10 calendar days.
8. The selection of the winner will be final and binding and the decision will not be open to appeal.
9. The winner will receive a voucher covering the cost of an 18 month contract with O2 UK including an iPhone 3G.
10. The provision of an airtime contract will be at the discretion of O2.
11. The prizes are described as available on the date of publication. Events may occur that render the promotion subject to change without notice. If for any reason the prize advertised is unavailable, TUFS Ltd reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
