I am getting a bit confused over who to complain to re missold endowments.
ok, we have an endowment taken out in the early 1990's, sold to us by an independant financial advisor. I now find that he has died and his son did take over , but has now ceased trading.
To whom do i complain and seek compensation?
is it direct to the insurance company?
Any help would be fantastic.
Thanks so much

Is the same company still in operation? If so, complain to it and then to the Ombudsman (FOS) when it's rejected.

If not, complain to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme
