Sagem Freeview Box

I bought a Sagem STB last year. Last month, following an auto retune several Freeview channels were lost (due to new Top Up TV channels replacing them). Sagem said the box needed an over-the-air software upgrade to fix the problem but that they would not be able to transmit the upgrade for a while. So instead they sent me a new, upgraded box foc. They did this really quickly and also responded to all my emails the same day, so nice one Sagem. Much appreciated!

  • After reading this post recently I too phoned Sagem as I had lost a couple of chanels with the TUTV updating and they are sending me out a new box today!

    I was looking at a Bush digi box as a second one but will go for another Sagem on the strength of their customer service.
