I agree, sorry OP. I would advise anyone wanting to apply for the sake of a freebie to look over the site, at first I thought it may be a pack kids might enjoy but looking at the videos on the site I would not want my child to see anything like this0 -
I didn't send for it myself for just that reason but I thought someone might be interested0

I haven't requested this, because I don't need it, but I'm not sure I agree about not letting children watch their dvds, sometimes its good for kids to be able to make an informed choice about their lifestyles.0

I think children should be allowed to make an informed decision too. they deserve to know what really happens and not have everything sugarcoated. A lot of people think PETA is a little extreme, and they are in some aspects, but their basic intentions are correct and they do a lot of good work to expose "behind the scene" of meat and farming. I'll order my pack anyway, Thanks!money earned online so far:
pigsback: €100 irishopinions: €80 onepoll: £40/£40 ipoints £30 toluna: £10. Bview: £30 amazon vouchers. £5 amazon voucher from survey. Dooyoo: £35 vouchers.0 -
To be fair to the OP she has nor specified that it would be suitable for children.
In my view I would not let my children look at this, (there are better and much less disturbing ways of helping them to make an informed choice) and like any organisation trying to get their point accross they use extreme methods and edit their footage to put everything in the worst possible light.
PETA like any organisation is a charity so please bear that in mind when applying for the freebie.Free/impartial debt advice: Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) | National Debtline | Find your local CAB0 -
