Official insert:  to summarise, some people have found if they sign up to Virgin Wines, add something to their basket, go to checkout then leave the site without buying they later receive an email offering a £30 off voucher for answering a few questions.  This can be used against the 13-bottle Christmas wine case bringing it down to £34.98 incl delivery.

I tried this the other day (£20 off voucher if you don't want to click and look), I signed up added a case to my basket only to go to check out and be told the voucher was not valid for special offer. I found I could only use it against expensive cases I mixed myself so I left it.

Then yesterday I got an email to say:
Dear Anthony

You came, you saw and you left without buying anything

We would really like to know what you thought of us and our website.  If you
will spend 3 minutes answering a few simple questions, we will give you a
£30 voucher for your trouble.
I just found I could use it against the 59.99 Christmas white case and got it for £29.99 plus £4.99  ;D£34.98 ;D

Under £3 a bottle...... Result.

If you do the same, you never know you might get a £30 voucher too, I wont post the code as I think its just for me.

Just noticed the £20 off code (affwin:champagne) works on the Christmas survival case for £44.98 (inc p&p) and it has 13 bottles in it...

Thats the price he got it for after the £20 discount, its not bad but you really need the £30 voucher for the best offer

59.99 Christmas white case plus £4.99 delivery:

£34.98 (£2.69 a bottle) with the £30 voucher inc delivery

Oh and at the end they say would you like to sign up (for free) to our premium service? They phone you to ask what you thought about each bottle and if you dont like any they will replace it free.

They say don't be shy we expect you to not like at least one!

Just so that you know, you will get a 'wine advisor' pestering you which is OK if you buy a lot of wine because they can offer decent offers on two or more cases...
