I am officially BR, as of 11.07 this morning. When i went to pick up my copy of the BR order, i was reminded of my other official bit of paper from a county court - my divorce 7 years ago. All this and i am barely 30. Some of us are just born to greatness.... Keep your envy in check if you can!!
As if that isn't enough, i was also the winner in the cocktail sausage eating contest at the school fair. It's enough to give me a big head:p

Thanks, it all went smoothly, all things considered. My only worry was that the OR would inform my landlord, but she said they have no intention of doing that, so onwards and upwards...0

well done Susie
I'm about to do the same....................out of interest how much do you have to pay back each month and are you employed?
If so, have you been put on a 3 year payment plan?0 -
hi Clanger, this is just a guess but unless Susie saw the official receiver today and had her interview she won't know
Some courts do this but some don't
edited for being a muppet - apologies Clanger Susie wrote that the OR won't notify the landlord so you're right and I'm going to skulk back into a corner

Clanger Susie won't know that untill the OR has been through her I&E.
If you are worried about it why don't you start your own thread and we may be able to give you an idea if you would get an IPABSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
I am employed part time, with children, and an IPA wasn't mentioned so iassume there isn't one - lots of my income is child benefit, child tax credits etc. I ate 63 cocktail sausages, in 2.5 minutes. I ahd been practicing.....0
