Hi,
A Fast Track Voluntary Agreement is a way of 'converting' BR into an IVA. FTVA's a very rare, the OR's office I worked in had 2 or 3 since 2004. Speak to your OR, as they will have more details, there is also a leaflet on the IS website, will see if I can find it.
Found the leaflet: http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/pdfs/guidanceleafletspdf/ftva.pdf

IS IVA A GOOD WAY TO DEAL WITH THINGS0 -
Never had any experience of FTVA, and as to whether BR/DMP or an IVA would be best for you, you need to speak to one of the free debt charities for advice and to go through your options. Try CCCS, CAB or National Debt Helpline, avoid the ones who want to charge you.0
