CDs don't contain data such as artist name and track name. When you rip the CD to put stuff onto mobile music player the rip software goes onto the internet and gets the info from a database.

Don't know what you get with a W800i but sounds like either the software you are using can't do the internet thing or that you didn't have an internet connection at the time you were grabbing the music off the CD.

I always use iTunes which does a fine job of getting titles etc then I manually copy the music to my 6230.

If you have the interent you should be able to use the CDDB2 or somthing like that which I know iTunes uses. Im sure there is some single programs that are either plugins or stand alones software that allow you to add the track names from the internet

Go to https://www.tucows.com and have a search there

If you have the memory stick plugged up as a removable disk on your computer, have a look inside it. You should see 3 folders I think one of which is an "MP3" folder. Within this folder you need to create a new folder with the artist name (eg "Kanye West") and then inside that create another folder within that as the album name (eg "ALL"). Inside that folder put your music in there.

I think that should answer your problem.
