Problems creating listings on eBay FF 2.0.0.15 and IE 7

About 50% of the time when I try and list on eBay, clicking continue after adding all the listing text, the browser seems to error, "you've chosen to open eBayISAPI.dll which is an application from http://cgi5.ebay.couk what should do with this file", I then lose the listing.
Rather than the CGI executing on the server, tonight I just can't get anywhere, as soon as I click continue (after entering all the listing and P+P details), it happens, even after I've cleared all the cookies (which normally sorts it out). Any idea how to fix this?
It also happens with IE7 too, so it's not a fault of !!!!!!.
I can't even save the listing for later, as again it the browser is trying to directly deal with the dll from eBay!
