Thanks. I love books so don't see any harm in joining. Money off is better than nothing.

Got my vouchers yesterday, late afternoon, and printed them off in the evening. Looked at the date on them this morning, only to find they ran out yesterday.

I just fired them off a disgruntled e-mail, and am hoping for some more with a little more time on them.

  • Hi Guys...first post here..;)

Also joined the WHSmith privilege club as I buy lots of books...just received my vouchers and they are out of date! *sighs*

    But...I phoned the number on their website (0870 444 6 444 - option1 - option 5)
and spoke to a really nice lady who took my snail-mail address and said she would send me replacements...I mentioned this site, that others had problems and that I would be posting how helpful she was AND that others would contact her...she sounded a bit alarmed but I imagine she's getting another book of vouchers ready! :rotfl:
Apparently it's a 'teething problem' (ie they're sending last months vouchers)
    anyway...have a nice day all! :D

I've just signed up and got vouchers valid until 30th September 2008, so it looks like your nice lady has fixed the problem!

I signed up yesterday and got the out of date vouchers and have just received another email (complete with apology) with vouchers valid until September 30th.

Looks like we'll all be OK :)

  • Hi All,

Thanks for this and I have signed up and used the vouchers more than once, well I just printed them out twice and took each one on different shopping occasions.

Thought you'd also appreciate knowing that although the Book voucher is worded to sound like you need to purchase a single £15.00 book, it does in fact work with any combination of books up to the value of £15.00.

Therefore enjoy all of their 241 & 1/2 price deals and just make sure that the total value is over £15.00.

    Have fun

Hi, can anyone confirm if these vouchers can be used in the stores at mainline stations - specifically in London?

    Hi

I've not received anything, but wondered if these vouchers could be used online please.

    Thanks.
