Early Discharge??

I went BR last November and it was the best thing I could have ever done!! I have just got off the phone to my OR and they are looking into discharging me early!!

Once I am discharged will I still be black listed or can I go on the mortgage with the missus instead of it being all in her name?

I also have a joint bank account with her but the joint part is the card is in her mums name and Im walking about as a lady hahaha, I would like to have my name on the account but will this not be allowed because I was BR??

Bankruptcy stays on your credit file for 6 years so trying to get yourself on the mortgage with your OH may be difficult.
