Sorry a couple more questions.
My ex left me and is no longer cotactable, so i am going BR do i include all our joint debt? and will they then just deduct my half and chase him for the rest? If they do then chase him for the money, do i still pay IPA?
Can someone send me the link to the % of surplus for IPA?
Thank you

You include all debts that have your name on, joint and single. They will chase him for the full amount of the debt
.You will pay an IPA if you have a surplus of income over £99 after all your essential outgoings have been met.. If you pop up your i&e WE CAN CHECK IT OVER FOR YOU AND GIVE YOU SOME IDEA IF YOU ARE LIKELY TO PAY ONE (oops caps!!)
Will try and find a link to the percentages for you.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -

Just to clarify, anything that the OR won't allow on your I&E you can pay for out of any surplus you have after your IPA has been paid.
With the mobile I would be inclinded to leave it as it is at £50. Write a note to say you have no landline and see if the OR reduces it at all. If he does it might not be as much as you would. Don't mention the internet, it slipped your mind.
Hairdressing is £10 per adult.
Do you really only spend £15 on travel?BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Remove the Cats and put that into your Food household expenditure, otherwise the OR will take it off. I have also read that the xmas/bday may be taken off by the OR!! and might not be allowed. Add perscriptions for 10 per month (prepay scheme). Your Travel expenses are a bit low, do you take a bus to work? if so how much per trip and how often, 15 seems a bit low for that!!! Do you go through 10 per week in work clothes, whats your employment!!!
I suppose the OR could argue that the Kickboxing could be replaced with an exercise on perscription, which you pay a nominal amount (a few pounds) to visit the gym for exercise.
sorry if im being negative, just trying to think what the OR would say."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"
