Hi all hoping someone can help.

I moved into a new build in Aug, contacted all the suppliers and asked for accounts to be set up, all but the water did so. I contacted them again 3months after and was told it was being sorted. I am now moving out so have contacted theam again as I don't want to leave debts - I want to pay it before I move and they said its my fault and will take them up to 6weeks to get me a bill!!! they also won't tell me who deals with the waste water as its not them and haven't had a bill from them either!

Any ideas what I can do?

Maybe have a word with a neighbour to see who supplies your waste water
