e2save cashback query

i know - i'm being dim. i can't help it!

quick question - with the cashback form thing (the little form thing that has three little form things on), I also send the original mobile bill (fourth one). Anything else I need to know?

    Sorry to jump on your thread,but what cash back form areyou talking about as i am just about to send mine off to them and i though you just sent them a COPY of your bill statement and a covering letter?

    i had a form. it was an a5 piece of paper with three tear off slips on. it came with the box.

    I THINK YOU JUST HAVE TO SEND YOUR BILL.BUT ITS BETTER IF YOU SEND THEM C/LETTER WITH YOUR BRIEF DETAIL(NAME ,ADDRESS,MOBILE NO.,CUSTOMER REF. NO,etc.).BUT DON'T FORGET TO COPY YOUR BILL FOR YOUR SAFETY.

    All the most recent e2save cashbacks have had vouchers that need to be submitted.

    I had two phones last year that just required copies of bills, but ones i took out about three months ago have a little booklet thing with a tear out voucher that explains what bill needs to be sent and warns that without the voucher the cashback will be refused.

    So, in answer to the OP, definitely send the vouchers, it makes it quite clear that without them the cashback will be denied.

    Thanks for all the replys people,
    I have just printed a copy of the cashback page off e2save site and it tells me which statements to send and include a cover note, so will do that and am gonna include a copy of that printout and copies of my 2 page oct bill/statement .
