Was this a charging order BEFORE your BR? And you are keeping the property? Then the charging order stands. If you are not keeping the property then the charging order will go with your property.

And no charging order should be made after your BR as all debts (almost) are included in BR and therefore technically do not "exist" after BR. If this has happened or threatened to, speak to your OR immediately.

Hi, if it is an 'interim' charging order but not yet final then go BR asap. If its already a final charging order then the charge will stand after BR.

Yes you can but its very diffiult to achieve. Interims almost always go final and once final you can apply to have it 'set aside' but would need a substantial reason.
