Transit through Belgium and Italy?
My son is travelling home from Austria to UK at end of August. On way home he is doing Vienna-Milan-UK and on return UK-Brussels-Vienna. What are the rules regarding transit through Belgium and Italy? I read that UK is on Belgium red list. Finding it difficult to get clarification. Any advice?

The gf has been to France, come home, booked a PCR test for the monday to be released then. The rules now changed and her quarantine ends on Sunday, she doesn’t need Mondays test but says it not refundable, its only not needed as govt. rules have changed. Can she still get a refund? ta

Accommodation cancelled
Our villa booking in Cyprus has been cancelled because of Covid but our flights have not. They were booked separately. Is there a way to claim on insurance for the flights as we have no accommodation and what is left is considerably more expensive than when we booked it.
